This program is 100% virtual and currently available to patients located in Texas. We do not accept insurance — all visits and medication are billed directly to you.

How the Program Works
PHASE 1
Getting to Know You
Visit 1 — Your Story (60 minutes) We start with you: your medical, surgical, and family history, your weight and health goals, and what you've already tried — what's worked, and what hasn't. Before this visit, you'll complete a few short, confidential questionnaires online so we can use our time together wisely.
Visit 2 — Your Results & Your Plan (60 minutes) We'll have ordered routine labs after Visit 1. In this visit, we review your results together and talk openly about whether GLP-1 medication is a safe, appropriate option for you.
PHASE 2
Building Habits That Last
Medication can help, but it isn't the whole story. Alongside monitoring your progress and adjusting treatment as needed, your monthly 60-minute visits include education on topics like metabolism and insulin sensitivity, portions and calories, macronutrients, hormones, mental health and food, exercise, and sleep.

If there's a medical or mental health reason GLP-1 therapy isn't the right fit right now, we'll tell you clearly and help you find the right next step — whether that's your primary care provider, a referral to a therapist or psychiatrist, or starting with our own Mental Health Program first.
If you're a good candidate, we'll spend the rest of the visit on next steps: pricing, logistics, the basics of nutrition and what to expect when starting treatment, and answering your questions.
Pricing
Phase 1 — Getting to Know You: $300 Covers both Phase 1 visits (history-taking and your results/plan review). Due before Visit 1.
Phase 2 — Medication & Monthly Visits If you're a good candidate to move forward, Phase 2 is billed upfront per supply cycle — so there are never any surprise bills. Each payment covers your monthly visits and your medication supply for that cycle.
Semaglutide (Ozempic)
Starting Cycle Price: $600
3 monthly visits + 3-month supply (starting doses 0.25mg, 0.5mg)
Tirzepatide (Mounjaro)
Starting Cycle Price: $500
2 monthly visits + 2-month supply (starting doses 2.5mg, 5mg)
These are starting prices based on starting doses. As treatment progresses and dosing increases, pricing is adjusted accordingly — but you'll never be surprised by a bill. Any change in pricing is discussed and agreed upon together, in detail, during your visit before your next cycle begins.
Medication is non-refundable once shipped, including if you choose to stop treatment mid-cycle.
