How It Works

VISIT 1

Your Story & History
(60 min)

We start from the beginning. I take a thorough medical history, discuss the diagnosis your previous provider gave you, and review your current symptoms. To make the most of our time, please ensure you have access to your previous patient portal — I'll ask you to securely submit any relevant visit notes, lab results, and imaging prior to our second visit.

VISIT 2

My Clinical Assessment
(60 min)

After reviewing everything you've submitted, I share my clinical perspective, offer recommendations, and — if warranted — suggest specialists you may benefit from seeing or questions and next steps you can bring back to your primary care provider.

Investment: $300 Includes both visits. No payment plan is available for this service.

Please note: The allotted time is designated for a second opinion on one diagnosis per series.

If records, labs, or imaging are not submitted prior to Visit 2, our discussion may be limited in scope. However, the full visit fee will still apply. We encourage you to submit everything you have so we can make the most of our time together.
